5. Should your officer be required to deal with an incident it will be dealt with competently and professionally as per agreed site instructions.

7. An Occurrence log will be completed each shift by your security officer which for your benefit will detail exactly what has happened in your absence including visitors to the site, telephone calls, details of patrols and occurrences.
